Ordering

Can you print custom sizes?

Yes! Just drop us a message at hello@inkedprints.co.uk with what sizes you require. Please note additional delivery time may be required, and paper stock may also change depending on the size you need.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! However as our products are made-to-order, once an order is placed we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Our notebooks are an exception to the made-to-order rule, and we will gladly accept cancellations, returns, and refunds on these items.

What if I want it in pink?

Are you eyeing up a design but want it in a different colour? Nice! We like your creativity. Just drop us a message at hello@inkedprints.co.uk with what design and colours you'd like, and we'll see what we can do!

Are your prints framed?

At this time we do not offer framed prints, but its something we're looking at for the future! If you have any framing questions or need advice, feel free to drop us a message at hello@inkedprints.co.uk

For affordable frames that are still good quality, we found the best places to look are IKEA, HobbyCraft, and WayFair!

Are your products available for wholesale?

We're delighted to be able to offer wholesale on all our products!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that it has been received.

Most orders go into production very quickly, and once it has been shipped you will receive an email notification. If you selected a tracked delivery option, your tracking number will be available on the email.

Our products are made-to-order, so please make sure you love them before purchasing as we can not accept returns or exchanges. (Notebooks are an exception to the made-to-order rule, and we will gladly accept cancellations, returns, and refunds on these items.)

There is a minimum of 5 business days production time for prints sized A2 and above. This is because they are printed from a third party. Please allow the extra delivery time when considering your purchase.

For international orders custom fees and delays may apply.

Shipping and custom fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

When will I receive my order?

Our orders are shipped through Royal Mail.

There is a minimum of 5 business days production time for prints sized A2 and above. This is because they are printed from a third party. Please allow the extra delivery time when considering your purchase. The below information is only for products being printed direct from our studio.  

 

UK DELIVERY:

Standard, Untracked: 3-5 working days

Standard, Tracked: 3-5 working days 

Express, Tracked: 1-2 working days

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Standard: 5-8 working days

Tracked: 5-8 working days

*These are estimated times ONLY and can not be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, delays due to Covid, customs, or any other transit issues are out of our control.

Can I return or exchange my order

Our art prints are made-to-order, so please make sure you love them before purchasing as we can not accept returns or exchanges on any art prints.

My print has arrived damaged!

We're so sorry! We try our very best to make sure every print is packed safe and sturdy for transit. In the rare case your order has been damaged, please drop us a message at hello@inkedprints.co.uk and we'll get a new package sent out.

Please include your order number and any details you wish to add. We will also require clear images of the damaged product.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes! Shipping costs will apply and be added at checkout.

Please note for international orders, custom fees may apply.
